DESCRIPTION
Intorducing the new slim fire rated recessedn downlight series from Sonlite. Sonlite Fire Rated Slim Downlight Series with 2 Hour Fire Resistance to meet and exceed strict fire safety codes with only 1/2” clearance, with its slim and sleek design, this recessed LED Panel is absolutely perfect for tight spaces, soffits and insulated and dropped ceilings. This LED is 10 watts and replaces a 40 watt halogen Save up to 80% energy for same light output.The thin Panel profile with spring clips allows for quick and easy installation. In conjunction with fire rating building codes for ceiling materials (example: type-X gypsum), no additional accessories are needed.Ideal for confined spaces and suitable for wet locations.It features a selectable color temperature feature located on the back of the light unit. With a simple flick of the switch, the user has the choice of 5 color temperatures. For ease of color selection, the switch is located on the light unit instead of the junction box and still allows the unit to slip under a joist application.

MOUNTING
Cut hole in ceiling and snap fixture in opening with attached spring clips. 2″ above ceiling clearance required for driver.
In conjunction with fire rating building codes for ceiling materials (example: type-X gypsum), no additional accessories are needed.
